Aqua vs Thok the Bloodthirsty 25-man Heroic
After the atrocity that was Spoils, we were very happy to remind
ourselves that we can, infact, kill bosses with a sense of
alacrity.
Down in under 30 attempts, Thok was a great deal of fun. You spend 3/4 of the fight praying no one forgets their cooldowns so that you don't have mass deaths to the pulsing AOE and the other 1/4 praying that people don't get chomped.
We took 8 healers, lots of melee and 2 tanks to this one. A strong emphasis on classes with healing cool downs / defensives was also handy - hence the 5 shamans.
