“Aztecs” Guild

++WHO ARE WE?++

++** Aztecs**++ are an established, multinational Horde guild based on Al’Akir, where we've been the home of more than 160 accounts and over 900 characters.

We formed on the ++11th of February 2005++, making us one of the few remaining launch day guilds on Al'Akir. We're from all over Europe - most members are in their 20s-30s, although we have several ‘more experienced’ colleagues :) Many of us have played games together for up to 15 years, as the guild/clan previously existed in other MMOs and FPSs. Although everyone hasn't been around all that time, we've made many new friends along the way, as the server merged with Xavius and Skullcrusher, and recently with Burning Legion.

By this stage, blood is thicker than water ;)

If you can give and take the odd joke, like to try kill raid dragons (or do regular Mythic Plus dungeoning of any level!), and to make the most of your WoW time, we could be the place for you!

Our raiding history is a long and proud one since Vanilla, when we were some of the most active/leading Horde raiders on a very active Al'Akir server.

Nowadays, we're more chilled. Our raiding goals are usually to complete Curve/Heroic in good time each tier, then try Mythic when it goes cross-realm or if we have enough interest. We know people's time is precious, so we want to make the most of the time we spend, whatever it is :)

**RAIDING TIMES/EXPECTATIONS**

We are raiding Castle Nathria/all SL content 2 days a week from when it opens. Raid times are Weds 20.00-22.00 & Sundays 19.00-22.00 (ish) server time.

*NB* - progress Mythic raiding is not guaranteed. Although we generally do the first few bosses every tier (easy loot), we make a call as to whether we try any bosses each tier based on activity, raid viability and people's interest :)

If (and only if) we decide to do some Mythic, we may look at extending Wednesday night to 3 hours.

**WE ARE RECRUITING!**

Currently Recruiting. All classes (although we're good for raid tanks). Have a desire to honestly improve, able to have a laugh, be able to focus up when it's needed.

SOCIAL/M+ - We have plenty of room for people wanting to do Mythic+, PVP, or just for the social aspect too.

If you're interested in playing in a casual but focused environment, like a joke on comms, and are happy to learn together, all good. The general vibe is - mistakes happen, that's fine providing people are putting the effort in with some basic preparation. You're not getting carried all the time ;)

**HOW DO I APPLY OR GET MORE INFO?**
