We have reduced our raiding schedule to reflect a more relaxed attitude to our raids. Most of our members have RL commitments like work, families or just being more social now that the sun has come out.
We raid 3 days a week maximum, although we do encourage our members to arrange their own raids if they want to be more active or are just feeling bored.

Schedule :

Wednesday - 20:00 - 24:00
Monday- 20:00 - 24:00
Tuesday- 20:00 - 24:00

To recap here is our progress:
ICC25 - 12/12 (9/12 Hard Mode)
ICC10 - 12/12 (10/12 Hard Mode)
Halion 25 - 1/1
Halion 10 - 1/1

Anyway enough chat you are probably wondering who we are recruiting!

We are open to all classes and specs in preparation for Cataclysm, in the meantime we are in more pressing need of :

Druids - 1 feral dps, 1 resto, 1 balance
Hunters - 2 Survival/MM (preferrably have both specs geared)
Priests - 1 Disc/Holy (preferrably have both specs geared), 1 shadow
Paladins - 1 Holy

Recruitment Process

We have recently implemented a more thorough recruitment process to help us get a better idea of who you are and hopefully make sure that you are right for us and we are right for you, ill break it down :

1. Start with a written application on our forums here http://hapsnap.net/phpbb/index.php
2. Your application will be reviewed by an officer and at least 1 raider form your respective class who will be able to ask you more technical questions about your class.
3. If this is all ok, you will be asked to come on ventrilo for a short chat just so we can see if you can communicate well and if you can have a bit of a laugh as well :D
4. After this we will invite you to a 10 man HC to see how you handle yourself in a raid and to see if you enjoy yourself with us as well.
5. If you impress us then we will offer you a spot in our 25 man HC runs, this is the final stage of the recruitment process, if you pass this then you are promoted to member.

This process may sound rather thorough but its important for us to make sure we dont just recruit anyone, we are a relatively small group of players and we enjoy the community feel of our guild, we beleive it is something that makes us more unique compared to other guilds on the server.
Please take this opportunity to ask us any questions you may have and make sure that you feel good about being in Panurgic too (its not just about us being happy after all :D)

Player Expectations:

* We expect all players to be ICC 25 geared and have at least the first 11 bosses downed.

* All players must have Ventrilo and a working mic. We expect players to communicate in raids.

* Play the class, not the spec. We expect players to have offspec gear sets where applicable and we often require our raiders to switch specs based on the encounter, if this doesnt sound like you then you may as well stop here.

* We use Raidar to sign up for raids. Sign up a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

* We are a relaxed, mature guild of former hardcore players who just don't have the time any more to raid 5 days a week. We still require a very high standard of performance and a mature attitude to raiding but we understand when players can't make every raid. All we ask is that you don't let your fellow guild mates down. If you sign up for a raid, you turn up on time and prepared, nobody is forcing you to sign so please adhere to this.

Loot Rules:

We use the EPGP loot system for 25 mans. This is a priority loot system for equalling loot distribution throughout members of the guild to ensure the equal gear scaling of the entire guild. Basically, this means people who actually need the gear the most will get the gear based on effort and their current gear.

Guild ranks will also be taken into account, meaning trialists will not have priority over members, anyone who has not read these rules and doesn't understand or complains about this system can only blame themselves.

Trialists should also be aware that their actions are being regularly monitored by officers.

Player Rules:

Even though we are a very laid back guild who want everyone to have a good time, there are a few rules which we need you to abide by to ensure everyone enjoys the game.

* ALWAYS be respectful to your fellow guildies, failure to do so will result in removal from the guild, we have an ACTIVE zero tolerance policy on this.

* Don't insult people from other guilds, remember that its the guild name that people remember and we want to uphold our reputation.

* We expect every member to be FULLY prepared for every raid. This means flasks, buff food, potions, buff reagents, adequate money to repair for the entire raid duration.

* Be prepared to help out fellow guildies. If someone needs help farming for a particular item or perhaps they need some help with mats for a craftable, helping out will go a long way (and you might even make a new friend).

* Bring any concerns you have to officers outside of the raid and not during. Wispering an officer during the raid with business that isn't relevant will not get you a good response.

* Last and certainly not least - communication. Use those mics guys, that’s why you bought one. Failure to communicate in our raids is a great way to make sure you'll soon be out the door.

Let me sign off by saying if you are a reformed wow addict but still can't get that monkey off your back for good then Panurgic might just be the solution. We approach raids with the same attitude as hardcore guilds but take a more relaxed attitude to attendance.
