Introduction:
Nelivia, a casual 10-man raiding guild located on EU-Argent Dawn, alliance side. We raid three days a week, and have an experienced loot council sort boss loots. We have a light atmosphere within raids, and stay serious on bosses through progression.
Recruitment:
Any exceptional player will be considered. Currently we especially need back-ups and socials to help fill in the lacking ranks at crucial times. Our current needs can be displayed on our website, www.nelivia.wowstead.com. If you think you perform better than any of our existing members, we encourage you to try your luck. We will take the better and more dedicated of the two.

About us:
Nelivia is a casual 10-man raiding guild - which goal is to become one of the better guilds on this realm. We are serious about what we do, and will always strive to perfect our gameplay. While fun is good, progression comes first. We currently have a roster of roughly 11 raiding members, a few more backups / socials would be good for keeping it together.
We can offer you a thriving environment of dedicated gamers who appreciate the time constraints of IRL. However, aiming to be among the better, we'll put it as some clever gamer from premonition put it; "This is just a game, but that's no excuse for mediocrity". Do your part, do it well, and we'll do our part. Gear will come naturally, as will progression.
About you:
You are a dedicated player, striving to perfect your character. This includes, but is not limited to doing your simulations, calulations and whatnot to keep your character up to tabs with whats the currently best available item optimization for you, with your current gear.^
You enjoy this game, especially the raiding. We don't view this as a chore, it is still a source of fun!
You show up to raids with 2 working specs, and glyphs for both specs.
You show up to raids fully stocked on all consumables.
You show up a minimum of 5 minutes before raid start.
You have a full, 100% working knowledge of every fight in the instance, every aspect of it. Situational tricks and encounter-specific macros are needed, and expected. Thinking outside the box will be to your favor. This will mean that for every boss you are familiar with at least one tactic.
In your trial period, all the abovementioned facts will be taken into concideration along with your actual DPS/HPS/TPS.
Current Cataclysm Progress:
8/8 Dragon Soul (Madness realm 16th, aiming to reach top 5)
Starting heroics from the end of december.
