What do we offer?

A laid-back and fun environment in which you can learn and grow as well as a team of experienced raiders to lean upon and a team of people who want to work as a team to fulfill the shared goal of clearing the raid content on mythic.

What are we expecting?

- You can consistently make both raid-days. An attendance of 95% is expected.
- You are willing to learn and are able to take constructive criticism. You are able to accept and learn from mistakes and work together with other people to become a better player.
- You know the ins and outs of your class and keep up to date with balance changes and are able to adapt to class changes and several playstyles that may be needed for different bosses during tier progression.
- You come prepared to a raid. What does that mean? You're fully enchanted, have flasks, pre pots, food and use them and you have informed yourself about the bosses we're about to progress. Reading and watching guides is mandatory.
- **You** have a progression mindset and have a desire to kill bosses.

Have the ability to perform to a good standard, both in numbers and mechanics.
