Tyranny has a mixture of players both in terms of age and also location. We are a friendly outfit that place great importance on enjoying what we're doing

What do we offer?

1. A guild with ambition without being hardcore.
2. Achieving curve in every raid tier
3. Helping people gear with M+ or Normal runs
4. Leisure content on non-raid nights, such as achievement runs
5. A fun environment with real progress and push to talk during raids so we aren’t unnecessarily wiping

We have a variety of players with max level professions. Stuff like enchants, flasks, etc., are dealt with in-guild. If you provide materials (sometimes not required) then the items will be made for you.

What we expect
Attitude is more important than ability. We want people who fit in with the other guildies and who are open to constructive criticism and self-improvement.

We don’t expect hardcore raiders who get world firsts. What we expect is players who knows how to play their class. Learning from one another is a big part of the game and of our guild culture. The will to improve yourself is something we value and would prefer. Even a “bad” player can become a very good player when they have the right mindset and get appropriate mentoring.

When you come to the raid, we want you to be prepared. Be logged in and online at least 15 minutes in advance. Cauldrons are generally provided for guild runs, but we need you to have your own flasks just in case. Runes and potions are also required for all raids (don't worry, we won't waste them as we are progressing on bosses). Gems and enchants are your responsibility and should all be current BiS. Again, if you need help with these, ask!

We are realistic and know that not everyone can make 100% of raids. That said, the more we all attend, the better chance we have of improving as a team.

For communication, we use Discord and the main language is English. A working mic and a voice are required. Not only does speaking with one another help enormously on bosses, but it also helps to strengthen the bond we have together as a raiding team. Communication is very important to us. Oh yeah, and using push to talk during raid bosses is a must.

Raid times
We have 3 fixed raid days
Wednesday 20h30 'till 23h
Tursday 20h30 'till 23h
Sunday 20h30 'til 23h

We usually don’t go over these times unless the whole raid group agrees that we can do it with 1 or 2 extra pulls.
In very rare occasions we’ll put it to a vote to see if people want to have an additional raid day on Monday.

Progression
We have achieved curve in every raid tier since the guild was founded during WoD. Sadly our guild progress has been lost on wowprogress.com due to a realm transfer at the beginning of 2019.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for any player that wants join a mature, cooperative team.
We are open to all classes and specs
Every player will be given a fair chance as long as they give us a fair chance.

DPS = 2
