Fleurs De Mal is an Alliance international PVE guild on
Auchindoun(EU) server, with
a long, over 5 years, history. We are focusing on endgame 10M raiding content while
keeping fun and friendly environment. Guild was born on Darkspear(EU), but after 3
years we decided to try Auchindoun for another experience on more active server.
We are not hardcore guild, but our goal is to keep raids enjoyable and progress as
fast as possible. It means that many "hardcore" rules are used during raids and we
are taking our raiding serious. Players with AFK's, disconnects, lack of skill and
so on are replaced. We believe that whole raid must not wait or suffer from one.
Raiding times:
- Our raids are going at Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday, 20:00 - 23:30.
- During the raid we usually have one 10-15 min break at about 22:15.
We require ~75% attendance, but everyone is here to raid, so we expect you
to raid as much as possible. For a long time FdM is trying to keep pretty small
roster to let ppl enjoy the raiding and avoid too much sit outs. So, your spot in
the raid will be based on your own activity, performance and skill.
For our raiding we are using TeamSpeak. You must be able to run it and understand
english. Normally, you don't have to speak or even have microphone, however having it
is a plus as communication during the encounter is important.
Loot distribution is based on the dkp system with closed bidding (you do not see
how much other ppl bid).
As for every end-game raiding guild, you must be skilled and active PVE player. But
more important - you must be part of our team and enjoy raiding with us. If you want
to join us, feel free to apply. Atm we need following classes, but will consider
everyone, if your application will impress our officers:
- 2 good geared and experienced dps are required. Mage/elemental shaman/DK are prefered, but other classes may apply as well.
- Healer: monk, druid or disc. priest are prefered, but other classes will be considered as well.
