Class knowledge and preparation: We expect that you come prepared to new encounters. This includes watching tactic guides, as well as knowing what your specific class can bring to the table for the specific encounter. This also includes bringing pots, food, runes and flasks.
Furthermore we expect that applicants know their spec in and out and are up to date with changes and latest theorycrafting regarding their class and spec.
Communication: We use TeamSpeak for voice communication and expect all raiders to be present on TeamSpeak during raids.
