“The Chair Rotation” Guild

We are currently in need of a few to bolster our second raid group.

We raid 3 times per week: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between 20:00-24:00 server time.

We aim to keep a healthy social atmosphere outside of the raiding aswell, With the new 'Guild Leveling' being implimented within Cata which is offering some very nice perks for players within Guild's to require based on gaining experience through PvP, Dungeon and Raid progression, questing, etc we have already many many friendly, fun and dedicated personalities within the Guild able to put time and effort into this and expect all applicants to have the same desire aswell.

*Age 18+ - Exceptions are possible but only in rare cases.

*Whining over loot will not be tolerated, Every decision made about every piece of loot will only be made as the best interest for the Guild's progression above all else.

*A mature attitude is essential, We have a strict zero tolerance on selfish / childish actions towards the Guild. We wish to keep everybody's gaming experience as fun as possible.

*Be thick skinned, We will give you constructive criticism if something needs to be fixed or you are not dealing with mechanics correctly and expect you to change things accordingly.

*Always strive to improve your character to the best it can be, This doesn't just mean read some theroycrafting and gem / spec properly.

*If you cannot learn and adapt to new situations / mechanics then don't bother applying, Mistakes should be kept to a minimum but learning from them so they never happen again is key.

*Be able to communicate and listen on ventrillo with a working microphone + headset.

*Above all else have a sense of humor and be able to take abuse, we all get stick for messing up even/especially the GM.
