Just face it: was a dutch guild with mostly irl friends.
We had problems with 2 of our tanks who geared up, one said he didnt wanted 2 play his druid anymore Druidhero, and the other druid who came in later geared up and just went offline and stil hassent bin online Baloe.
We decided after struggling to get mature dutch people in our guild 2 become Internationel 2 try 2 keep our guild running.
We have a pretty steady group 2 loyal tanks and 3 loyal healers and 4 loyal dps, and some members who have their work so we have some dps and healers in a rotation on the 3 day's we attend the raids.
We are stil looking for some people 2 reinforce our raids so we can raid 3 day's a week from 1930hours-2230hours.
