“Cutting Veg” Guild

Unfortunately it is the end of the road for Cutting Veg. A massive thank you goes out to those who worked hard for us and stuck around through the bad times, best of luck to everyone who played and raided with us.



Cutting Veg - We are an established raiding guild that came to WoW with the launch of Legion, we are run as a council and between us we have several years in WoW as raiders. We have gotten every Ahead of the Curve since the guild started and are committed to getting Cutting Edge in BfA.

What raiding with us is like:
The guild has a mix of nationalities from across Europe, however the majority of members are from the UK. We have an atmosphere within the guild where a sense a humour will go a long way. British humour is one of Sarcasm and quick wit. If you are looking for somewhere with disciplined raiding, but a relaxed jovial environment between pulls then this is the place.

Outside of raids many of our members will be on Discord the majority of the time running Mythic plus keys on mains and alts, or doing other various Warcraft activities. The same member also play other games, League of Legends, CoD, GTA Online, Diablo, Heroes of the Storm etc.

What we provide:
We provide both cauldrons and feasts but we expect all of our raiders and trials to gem their gear and have it enchanted. We can offer help with achieving this if needed as well.

Attendance:
Our main concern is that if you are on the raid invite list, you respond to every invite. Not respecting that position could cost you some raid spots, as there will be other dedicated players who would welcome that opportunity. Of course, we understand that real life (whatever that is) sometimes gets in the way, which we need to know about if you cannot make a raid.

Raiding Times:
Wednesday – 20:30-22:30 Server Time
Thursday - 20:30-22:30 Server Time
Sunday – 20:00-23:00 Server Time

Communication:
For these raids we use Discord to communicate, and it is required that you join us there! We prefer our raiders to be able to talk, as effective communication can be a key part of boss fights, but is not mandatory. By all means hang out and chat as well, but you don’t have to talk if you don’t want to – just listen/lurk.

Other things we do
Alongside these main team raids we also get together for varying content on Monday afternoons/evenings (20:00 server time), an event that is usually designed for socials and player alts. We also do things outside of WoW and many of us can be found on Discord playing other games(LoL, GTA, HotS and anything that takes our fancy) and chatting into the small hours of the morning.
