Serious, i bet it sounds stiff, but i assure you we are not.
The guild name was not found because we are Serious. The name was found because we are taking Seriously on two matters private life and raiding.
I have never seen a Teamspeak flowering like ours, we have a great community and every member is vocally active on the TS3 even though our English is far from flawless everyone tries.
We are definitely not flawless and we do not expect you to be either since after all we are only human.
But we expect you to do your best and always try to improve, because i know we are.
In our opinion a good raiding team is built up through communication.
