Experience with Mythic progression raiding
A relaxed but focused mindset for progression
Will to improve and push further
Proof of your past performances (RIO, WCLogs)
and of course, being punctual and prepared on raid nights (knowing the mechanics of our next boss, enchants, gems, being up to date with daily/weekly stuff)
