“Chaos Restored” Guild

++Who we are, and how we were established.++
Chaos Restored is a guild put together by a group of players who played in a danish guild, we created a danish guild where we would turn heroic raiders into cutting edge raiders, and we managed to get 11/12M quickly in a few months. Our progress on N'zoth however, was filled with low attendance, and we realized that many people didn't have the mentality to be on a last boss on mythic. To broaden our selection of recruits, and create a certain standard for our raid team, we've then chosen to create an english speaking guild. However, we have a lot of raiding experience in World of Warcraft, and even tho these things happened on N'zoth, we did have very fast progression up until him. This ultimately led to half the stable raid group to create this guild, where we expanded the raid time by one day, we closed the social rank in guild(for now) and we've upped the performance requirement and will be closely monitoring it in the beginning of the guild. Everyone have become trials again, and we'll be going through every player again.

++Goals and Raid times.++
We're a 3 day raiding guild, and these are the times we raid.
Raid schedule:
Wednesday: 19 - 23:00
Sunday: 19 - 23:00
Monday: 19 - 23:00

First two weeks of a tier, Tuesday 19 - 23:00 will be added.

When Cutting edge is achieved farm will be Wednesday & Sunday. - When raids are cleared in one go, we'll use the other day for boosting.

Our goal is to get cutting edge in every tier moving forward, and do that while getting within the top 500 category. We're currently under construction, so it'll take some time to stabilize, but I've no doubt we'll reach that goal quickly.

++What do we expect from our raiders?++
* A near perfect attendance. - This will ensure that we don't have to make a roster of 30 to be able to play the game.
* A good attitude and mentality towards progressing, we'll wipe, this is to be expected and you are expected to be able to handle it.
* That you are capable of receiving criticism, recognizing and owning up to your mistakes
* A good team spirit, we play as a team and for the team.
* That you read the tactics prepared for you, and follow them during raids.
* That you keep irrelevant communication during encounters to a minimum, and that if you do wish to be a part of creating tactics for encounters, you do so outside of our raids times.
* That you are competitive in the form of optimizing your character.
* That you have a stable computer(equipped with a mic) and a stable internet connection.
* We have no alt expectations, however not having an alt comes with the acceptance that you might be swapped out on encounters that might require certain abilities or classes.

++What can you expect from us?++
* An experienced raid leader that spends a lot of time preparing and optimizing the raid team.
* A good team spirit, this is a focus of ours, we aim to do everything raid related together.
* Players that you can spar with regarding tactics and character optimization.
* A social discord that can provide you with everything you need to be the best player you can be
* A good balance between fun on trash, and seriousness during encounters.
* Team mates that have the same drive and goal as you.
* No favoritism, everyone is considered and looked at equally

++Rules and Behaviour++
* Respect each other and treat each other as you want to be treated.
* All forms of discrimination is unacceptable, we have a zero tolerance policy against this.
* After recent events, I feel it necessary to write a little about sexism. Treat all genders and sexualities equally with the same level of respect, as stated above, we have zero tolerance against this. I don't have to get futher into what this means, I'm not gonna go into arguments about this, just don't be a fucking pig.
* Friendly banter is fine, remember the above tho, and do remember the word "friendly" only exists in front of banter after a relationship has been established.
