<Cynical> is recently reformed. Our goals are to create a semi-hardcore raiding environment, as well as a relaxed, fun but serious approach to raiding.
Raid Times:
Monday/Thursday Progress // wednesday optional - 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time. Invites go out 15 min prior to raid. Monday and Thursday are Mythic Progress, Wednesday is optional Mythic reclear/alt clear (depending on numbers). Also doing many keys per week and optional alt runs. For the first three weeks of progress we will have added raid days.
What is expected?
attendance is key. Respect for other people. We like to have fun and things said shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
Adjustments – will be made to better progress, do not take it personally. If we are stuck, we experiment and try different solutions (benching, off-spec).
Dedication – the team and having a positive mind-set is essential
Attendance - it is expected that attendance is close to 100%. We understand emergencies may happen!
Also very active with m+, pvp and other games.
