Egocentric is a semi-hardcore mythic raiding guild aiming to have fun raiding and at the same time progress at a decent rate. We always aim to get mythic done before the next tier. We usually raid 3 days a week, but sometimes something extra gets planned. ( EG. Boost-runs / Alt-runs but these are non mandatory). Having an alt is appreciated but it is not a necessity, you do however get the chance to gear your alt up within the guild.
What we expect from you:
We are looking for people who are fun to hang out with but who can also be serious when we are progressing. We expect everyone to be there for farm as well as progress, and you have to be on teamspeak for every raid, mic or no mic.
What you can expect from us:
A steady raiding environment with planned raids and fair loot distribution, for the distribution of loot RC Loot council is used. Help with improving in your class, no more researching alone, you can discuss with people who play the same class in the guild. Fun events outside raiding, and most important an environment in which you can have fun.

What are we recruiting?
We are in need of some good ranged dps and healers, but all good players will be considered. We can not instantly provide you with a main raiding spot, but if you can show us you perform well you can surely earn one.
