Guild's aim:

The guilds aim is to kill bosses at a steady pace whilst having fun, we also wish to get back to top WR 300 within the 3 day schedule that we have

What we expect:

We expect you to come to the raids prepared with an optimized character
Come to the raids with a working microphone, communication is valued highly
High attendance (90%+)
Have an open mind (be able to take constructive criticism)
