Our aim
Our goal is to kill bosses as fast as possible given our raiding schedule and improve from tier-to tier with an end goal of getting comfortable Hall of Fame consistently. This means we look for strong players who are able to progress and learn fights quickly and take improvement seriously.
Requirements
In the start of each tier we set a goal and define grinding requirements and so on. Additionally, we want everyone committed towards the same goals. We expect each of our raiders to optimize their character as much as possible. We value communication between raiders a lot. Improve together, if you think someone could be doing something bettter, let them know. Everyone should be able to handle constructive criticism. We believe people should improve hour by hour, raid by raid, week by week, tier by tier. That is how we will improve ultimately as Evolve.
