Requirements for joining: Have the mindset of striving to be better all the time, pushing keys, performing really well in raid and personality is a big thing when it comes to joining and we'll have a chat about that when you apply. The environment I've set to build in this guild is very friendly but at the same time, we want players who know their class and are reliable. If you meet those descriptions, we are probably the right guild for you.

Hi There!

My Name is Kunoki, I am the guild master from Monkey Management. We consist of nice people from a variety of ages. We are mostly high-end players who push keys and want to mythic raid.

As a guild, we have decided to take a more chilled approach to mythic progression. In this tier, we will spend time building synergy, be more disciplined in terms of positioning, cooldown usage, etc. Next tier we want to keep the same mindset but actually, get CE.


We have cleared heroic Nathria and we want to start mythic asap. Our progress was a bit slow as the guild was made in July after we met in another guild. The other guild's group was half and half when it came to high-end players compare to people who wouldn't try as hard as others, this was the reason why we left and made a new guild but we ended up killing 4 bosses in Mythic Nyalotha.

The goal here is to get people that wanna just play and have fun. with the mindset of improving and still wanting to kill the bosses. Cutting edge probably won't happen this tier but it's still the goal.

The goal for raiding is to still down every boss in Mythic in Shadowlands but without the hardcore Cutting Edge mindset. The reason for this is, we love playing together, and when you want to go hardcore, you have to make some decisions to kick people from the guild, the raid group, etc. Players in the Mythic group are required to be playing well, that is not going to change. If anyone is lagging behind for a reason that is fair, they will simply be given a bit more time to get better, unless they are completely hindering the group's progress.


The main goal of Monkey Management: Play together, have fun but still be good at the game. I hope this is going to have a good impression on you and you consider joining us Monkeys!
