“Tothrezim” Guild

About Us;

Tothrezim is a 25man raiding guild looking to progress further into current and upcoming content. This putting our main focus on endgame content raiding.

We are all experienced and mature but relaxed members, and we expect to keep this with new recruits aswell. We work together as a team not as solo players to work towards getting to completing endgame content and this is what makes our strong raids.

Officers;

Tothrezim works with a non-GM status system, meaning all ideas and discussions are made by a board of officers. We currently have 6 Officers which are there for helping the guild members, raids and the expansion of the guild, to make the guild be at the best potential it can reach.

Ranks;

Raiders: Raider rank is obtained by the people that show there dedication to raiding, the forums and the guild as a whole. They support each other and work together very well to make raiding go as smooth as possible to make progress fast and easy.

To obtain raider rank there is a few things that needs to be covered by each member, on the bonus side Raiders get much more support from the Guild Bank for there character and priority on raid spots and loots.

Members; Members are people that have passed there trial period and are working towards getting raider rank. They also support other players and help people and the guild progress forward with the raid content.

Members get a very limited support from the Guild Bank, only helping out with raw rare gems, but they do get priority over Socials getting into raids.

Social Members; These are friends and family they do not really have the time for raiding and just play the game for the social aspect. There is no need to make applications for social membership, but you have to be recommended by a current Member or Raider.

Trials; This is where you all start, making sure your active, signing for raids, helping members and joining in discussions is what we like to see from new trials.

Trial normaly lasts for about 2weeks but this can be extended by an officer vote, if we believe it is needed to see more of you and/or your raiding.


Raiding; As we are a raiding guild, we do expect people to be ready for raids. Being fully repaired, having any reagents you need and having pots, flasks/elixirs that you will need for the raids.

We understand people have families and social lives, so we currently only raid 3days a week - Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday. Raid invites start at 20:00, we start raiding as soon as we are full or have enough to start clearing to the bosses. We end raids at 00:00, sometimes we do go over this time and we do appreciate if people can stay a little longer normal around 15-20minutes if it means downing a boss.

We have Raid Leaders in each raid and these are there to co-ordinate people and to make tactics and progression much easier. We do demand that members in the raid do obey the Raid Leader as it keeps order during the raids, we welcome any suggestions and improvements you may have for a fight, but please try keep this in whisper to an officer or one of the raid leaders.

We do expect all members of tothrezim, from trials to officers to keep up-to-date with all tactics, by researching using websites, and videos. Tothrezim might not be using the same tactic as the website/video - but it does give everyone an idea of how the boss fight looks and what happens during them.

Looting; We use a very simple and fair looting system, without going into to much detail.

Each week everyone has two main rolls, but can only use one per instance. Everyone has unlimited open rolls, but we do expect people to understand "sharing is caring"
