Seagulls have been raiding since the start of WoD.
Guild creation date: 14/12/2014. (on Outland -> transfer to Emeriss couple weeks after)
Transfer to Draenor: 02/10/2019

Preface:
Most of our players came from a heroic background, yet we've molded our team into a steady mythic core.
Our main goal is having FUN, it's a game after all.
Secondly our players have busy lives with our average age deep in the 20s/30s --> so we stick to our agreements & expect our players to do the same: 3 days no more, we will never splitrun or force alts.

Vision:
We aim to be an efficient guild on the realm, without losing sight of why we're here & what is really important: having fun with friends.

Mission:
Seagulls is a longterm project where the player is central. The guild aims to support everyone's pve goals as best as possible via a friendly & open platform. We also aim to keep raiding into upcoming expansions & provide our players a longterm place to call home. To that end the guild creates & maintains structures to support & develop your performance, attendance, social interactions, etc.

What we provide:

• Steady raidschedule 20-23, wednesday/thursday/sunday.

You bring or have:

• 21+ (18+ exceptions only)
  
• Competent performance
  
• Learning attitude (selflearning via logs & peer review)
  
• Sociable & communicative (voice/forums/signaling in the encounter)
  
• Teamplayer (Helping attitude, guild > individual)
  
• ~85% Attendance
  
• Loyalty (Many longstanding members & community 2-3yrs)
  
• Maturity to operate in a rotating core (you will sit at some point)
