“Paradigma” Guild

Hello people of executus.

I am here to introduce Paradigma. Originally we were a few of the branch of hardcore raiders in Outcasts.

Now how we will distinct ourself from other new guilds? Well those just invite whatever looks decent enough to get a raid going. We need around 5 people to join our team.
Consider us to be more exclusive. Hard to get in. We don't care about when we are completed, we only care the fact that we need to be completed with the best players.

So about 88% of the people on the server might be declined for the better good of the guild. Do not take that personal :) no hard feelings. But we only take the potential persons who can take the guild to the top 3 of the server.

This also means that our guild will be very strict but nontheless friendly. Consider us looking for social nerds ... which will be hard to find.

Paradigma

Small word on who or what this guild is. We are a 10 man guild on the server Executus, as you might know.

Is it a new guild? yes and no. We alreaddy existed as a 25 man guild also on Executus. But after clearing nax, we merged with the old and well known guild Outcasts. To improve our raiding and help them out as they were not doing well at that time.

That move was very succesfull! We ended up having great raids, bad raids, succesfull happy moments, laughs and tears. ;)

But with the comming of cataclysm and the lack of people who raid, and i must say mostly my lack of intrest in getting 25 people to show up for raids (yes i got a bit old for that :) after playing this game for 6 years). I decided that it was time to throw my towle in the ring and continue with a 10 man guild. That is why i re-activated this guild.

Goals

Every guild has to have some goals.

Our ethic goals, not in any list of priority.

- Give a friendly envirement to the wow-players
- Maintain a good contact with other players/guilds
- Create a loyal community which will provide good rewards in Cataclysm
- Give the members a home

Our other goals, not in any list of priority.

- Raid all the availlable 10 mans in order of priority (atm ICC 10 and RS 10)
- Get Hard Modes done
- Get the achievements in the 10 mans
- Get server firsts in cataclsym and hopefully place ourself on the map in Europe, gods knows maybe the world. (being optimistic here)

These are our goals, i probably have missed some because a guild has so many goals!

Guildmaster

I guess it's time to introduce myself a bit aswell ? You guys must have an idee on who is pulling the strings.

I am not going to go too personal so ill keep it short.

I am a 23 year old guy from Belgium, I'v been playing this game since the launch, so i have experienced the good and bad patches :).

I started of on the server Outland. I created my own guild there 40 man back in the days. We were very succesfull, cleared the whole content. Got some top 3's in progressions back then on the server. On TBC we cleared everything uptill black temple.

After that i transfered to Executus and joined a good guild called Outcasts and i cleared BT with it and some of SWP.

Start of WotLK as i said i had my own guild stated previously above.. and then merged, since then i'v been officer in outcasts for more then a year. Untill now.

I hope you guys find our guild intresting and i hope you want to be a part of us.

Let me state that our guild will be strict and exclusive. It will be hard to get in and it will be easy to get thrown out. We want loyal people who know what they are doing. Don't screw us around and don't slack.
