“Dimension” Guild

Guild Introduction:

The guild dimension is an international semi-hardcore alliance raiding guild, which was formed as a merge between two guilds on 14.08.09.
Accomplishments are from the day we merged, Glory of the ulduar raider 10 and 25 Algalon included on both 10 and 25 of course. Cleared ToGC 10 and 25, ICC 10 and 25 as well and we are working on ICC HM's being apparently on 11/12(25 man heroic)HM's having Lich king left.

The Player base of our guild is very good, we'd like to pride ourselves in a small roster that raids near 100%. The players of the guild have been in the same guilds and know each other very well. Although the fun in the game is to have quality raids where each individual will perform as good as the other and when they don't, well that's the time to shape up or recruit someone that will, and that's our goal. To have a player base where you're with both friends in game and skilled players playing as good as yourself. You won't be filling a bench spot, you'll be introduced to our small roster of players, raiding actively. We have players that wants our guild to work, and it's not a guild where everything outside raids, guild banking is done evenhandedly by one person but tasks are spreaded amongst several officers. So our guildbanker is active and therefor repair costs during raid hours is covered by the bank.

The rank system within our guild is:

Guild master, raid leader, caster officer, melee officer and some other officers for dkp,and guild vault management.



We follow a Loot council model which we find pretty useful hence we want to reward good playin, great performance and activity equally.

Our intentions as a guild:

The intention of our guild is of course to be really great like every other guild out there, but we're trying more then most semi-hardcore guilds. We're not afraid of exchanging players we have currently if they start playing worse / less activity. If you are better than our current raider then you are going to take that spot in the roster.
Our goal is to get up on the EU ranking ladder, with the current roster we're confident we will fulfill our goals of perhaps reaching top 100 guilds in EU. And also very important is to contain a friendly environment as we're already having.

Raiding times are:

Sunday -> Thursday with Friday and Saturday off.
Raid Invites starts at 19:00, and first pull is 19:30, we call off raids normally at 23:30. Exceptions can be made during progression.

You as a player:

Meet up at 19:00, with flasks/food buffs/pots, knowing tactics for bosses that we're currently progressing on. If you're a lazy person then go away.
Have a 90% + attendance if not, then don't bother applying.
Don't stand in %@!@ing fires, have a decent computer so tired of *%*%#*! trials thinking they're the best but can't move out of a fire? Go away.
I can't underline the above mentioned point enough, this comes together with mobility HAVE KEYBINDS, and know how to use them. Control your character incredibly well, we're not here to teach you how to play.
Want to improve, keep yourself updated, read elitistjerks, mmo-champion, know bossfights and timing of your spells / abilities together with other classes spells to get the most out of raid dps/healing/tanking.
Have a friendly attitude towards others, know that the key towards raiding with consistency with the same people goes hand in hand with caring a bit.
Be tolerant to others, religions and nationalities etc.
Be able to talk on ventrilo when needed and in an understandable sense.

We're not here to give you free epics, just be one of us and we'll take care of you.

Anyways we might sound harsh, but we've already gotten such a nice roster, we're just looking for some of those exceptional players out there, so hopefully we'll get a player or two to replace / fill up our roster with.
