What do we expect from you :

-We expect you to prepare yourself for every fight.
-It is absolutely mandatory that you have researched fights before we start them.
-We expect 90-95%+ attendance due to our limited hours of raiding.
-You must be able to communicate clearly in English.
-You must have an updated and indepth knowledge of your class and spec.
-You must be able to face criticism without taking it personally.
-Most of all we want players that are able to spend a night wiping and still come away in good spirits!

What you can expect from us :

-A stable raiding team with a high amount of knowledge of the game.
-A healthy and friendly guild.
-Solid progress with a focus on efficiency.
-We raid very few hours and we intend make them count.
-A dedication to our daytime raiding hours, we will never extend past these 8 hours.
-Our raid times never change.

Loot System :

Loot council ( Benefit for guid )
That meens we do give loot to TRIAL RANK !


Promote System :

Trial to raider : 3 weeks (attendace 90 % + with good preformace)
Raider to Core raider ( 3 mouths, good aditude (we have 14 core ppl))

Ranged DPS ( SP , Ele Shaman , MM hunter , Mage )

Mele DPS ( Closed )

Other classes / Specs can be considerd.
