Ex Gratia
Our aim is to continue to raid at the highest content level with a relaxed schedule and in a positive guild environment.
Currently Interested In:
- A ranged player that can flexibly play Warlock/Balance Druid/Mage
- Multispec Melee player Warrior/Retri/Windwalker
- Exceptional players are always in high demand!
Raid days
We raid 3 days per week, our current raid days are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Raid times are 20:00 - 23:30 server time.
- For the first 2 weeks of a new tier we raid 4 days with the added day being Sunday following the same raid time.
Attendance
Near 100% attendance will be required, we want to have a low number of players on the roster, with high availability so we don't miss raids and not have a sizeable part of the guild be benched.
If you join Ex Gratia you join to raid, If you can't commit to this then we aren't the guild for you.
Loot
Loot will be distributed via loot council.
During progression, loot will be awarded in a manner that best enables the guild to continue to progress.
During progression raiders will be expected to keep a loot wish list up to date with their personal sims to enable the loot council to make loot decisions quickly and fairly.
You
We expect you to know your class inside out, you will be expected to arrive for raid on time, with flasks,food, potions, runes, and fully enchanted.
We use a guild Discord channel, it is essential that you can communicate proficiently in English.
We expect you to keep up to date and actively participate with current raid strategies posted on our guild Discord.
We are currently building our roster with the next raid tier in mind. While we work with our new trials wipes are to be expected if you arent prepared to put in the time and work through this, it is best you do not apply.
The classes we are currently recruiting are listed above, however, we are always looking for exceptional players.
