“Exploit” Guild

Welcome to <Exploit>
We are a newly formed guild from a core compiled of CE raiders on Kazzak. This guild was formed for Shadowlands to push ourselves and achieve our goals on a 3 day schedule. This guild is a chill place to be, with chill officers and a very active core. We have a very open structure to the guild and will be open to suggestions and criticism from any member of the team and we have a very open atmosphere to raids.

Recruitment:
We are currently open to applications from exceptional players of all classes and are mostly looking for more ranged, and another healer to round out our core for Castle Nathria.
We do not recruit for the bench so if we consider your application it will be for the main roster and you will be in for progression where the fight requires you and your class as we will take the most optimal composition for the encounter.

As a guild it is important that we are all on the same page and understand what to expect from each other.

This is what we expect from our raiders in our guild:
- Ability to accept criticism as well as give it when necessary
- Good attendance, we accept that we are all human and cannot always make every raid due to external circumstances
- Researching boss fights before we reach them

What you can expect from us:
- Providing resources for each boss in order to prepare you for the encounter
- We will listen to criticism and suggestions that you have
- Give you feedback on how you are performing
- Keep a good atmosphere in raids
