Failure Damage is looking for exceptional raiders to achieve CE in
9.1
We are a new guild by name, but our core consists of the top old-school CE members of a previous guild who went 11/12 Mythic Ny'alotha in BFA and 8/10 Mythic Castle Nathria. We are a 2-day raiding guild, raiding Thursdays and Sundays 19:30 - 23:00 CEST looking for more dps raiders to round out our roster.
Goals:
- Achieve CE in 9.1
- Enjoyable raid nights where progression feels rewarding, not daunting.
Expectations:
- A character maintained to a high standard - gear, sockets, enchants, etc
- Close to 100% attendance when marked as attending with absenses informed as far in advance as possible
- On time and ready in front of the entrance - food, flasks, potions, armor kits, vantus runes, oils, etc
- Effective communication during raids - if you don't understand, please speak up!
