“Feeling Mangoes” Guild

We're a semi-hardcore mythic raiding guild that has achieved four CE's. Feeling Mangoes was initially Formed 15/5/2020 on Ravencrest (EU, Alliance).We strive to progress into end game Mythic content and achieve Cutting Edge, all while keeping the environment friendly, open-minded, fun and efficient. We are looking for like minded players who seek to keep improving, and are looking for a place to make their home.

Expectations:

Attendance & Punctuality: We expect a high level of attendance and coming to a raid on time, fully optimised in terms of gear, enchants, flasks, foods, potions and runes.
If you are unable to attend/will be late, please inform an officer or a GM 24 hours prior to the raid.

Performance: We expect raiders to have a thorough understanding of their class/spec, be proactive, and be able to use the tools (logs, spreadsheets, sims etc.) available to optimise your game-play.
It's also important to have your equipment in place - your computer/internet connection should not be a factor holding you back.

Communication: Raid leading and general communication will be done in English, so we expect you to have a basic understanding of it, as well as being able to listen to the instructions on Discord. Having a mic and being vocal when needed is mandatory.

Be a Team player: you value the success and benefit of the raid over personal gain, meaning you play for the guild, not personal dps/hps ranks. We do not condone loot-whoring, trash-talking, or mindless padding at the expense of progress. You are expected to do the mechanics and perform any other tasks assigned to you by the Raid Leader. This includes being as adept at taking praise as taking well constructed criticism given in a mature manner.

Atmosphere/Attitude: Every member of the guild is expected to be respectful to all other members/trials in the guild. Any issues must be brought directly to officers or sorted out between the parties involved in a peaceful manner.

Raid days & times:

Wednesday & Sunday: 20 – 23 (Server time)

Aiming to have a break around halfway through raid time, depending on progression. Invites start at 19:45 we pull at 20. We do not extend raid hours, unless we know we are close to a kill and majority of the raid team wants to continue.
