KPN Rekrykterar inför sluttampen på CN, för närvarande 6/10

Vi är ett skönt gäng som alltid siktar på CE. Vi har allt som oftast kul när vi raidar och en bra stämning i gruppen är viktigt för oss. De flesta av oss är vuxna med förflutet inom olika esporter på hög nivå. KPN som guild bildades redan under TBC men har varit inaktivt en stund fram till starten av BFA.

Raidagar: Onsdag, Söndag 20:00-23:00, Invites börjar 19:45
I starten av ny tier kör vi ett extra pass första veckorna, på Torsdagar samma tid

Krav:
För att raida med oss måste förstå hur mythic rading fungera.
Du måste förstå att mythic rading är ett lagarbete och det handlar inte om vem som gör bäst DPS på logsen eller vem som ligger högst upp på HPS mätaren.
Du måste förstår att du som spelare har ett stort ansvar och du måste bära din egna vikt.
Det är du som måste komma förberedd med flask, food, tomes, pre pots osv.
Det är du som måste komma påläst.
Du måste kunna bli bänkad utan att bli förbannad.
Du måste kunna ta att någon annan fick gear av lootCouncil och inte du.

Vi i KPN har den mentaliteten att jobb och familj går före. Och då måste vi för att vara säkra på att våra få raiddagar dagar blir till ha fler än 20 core raiders. Så att när du inte kan har vi någon att replacea dig med.
Vilket innebär att det kommer vara folk som inte kan vara med varje gång.

Raid days: wednesday and sunday 20:00-23:00 ST invites starts at 19:45
At the start of a new tier, we extend to 3 days raiding with extra day on thursday for the first weeks. Same time
Pull 20:00 be there or be square

Requirements:
Understand the concept of mythic raiding where it's not only about good logs and high dmg meters but also alot about catching on to the fight and doing mechanics right and ALWAYS put the team before the individual. Its important that every player take responsibility and carries his or her own weight.
U must always come prepared w flask, food, tomes, prepots and runes
U must always prepare and do your homework on next target
U must be able to take the bench without fuss
U must be able to share loot and trust that lootcouncil gets it right

The members of KPN is of the mentality that job and family comes first and that leaves us with the solution of having a larger then 20man core. We are aiming at having 23-25 core raiders, first of all to be able to replace last minute fall offs but also to get the group more competetive and having the oppurtunity to juggle the setup after how the fight looks.

Most of guild is swedish and we aim to stay swedish for now
