We are a guild that is founded by PvP friends and the guildname
comes from the Mammoth tactic we used. We are a semi-hardcore guild
that doesn't sacrifice real life times for excelling, however we
are a serious guild that aims the best of both PvP and PvE.
As we kinda got our core team, we have given a decision about the guild events. Here is our calendar and system for our future members!
3 days of raiding
1 day of Wish Night*
1 day of RBG's
What are wishnights?
They are the days where we will be filling the gaps of people's achievements. Lets say you are missing an achievement from Glory of the Cataclysm Hero, you make your wish, and we get that particular achievement for you. The wishnights will use the same system as EPGP.
People get 10000 EP(Effort points) for each event they join. And get WP(Wish points) for each wish they do (with success). WP will be decided on the time and number of people the achievement will require. So an ICC achievement will cost more than a dungeon achievement. Division of EP/WP determines the order of wishes. If you are on top of the wishlist, you make your wish and get your achievements^^
The runs with benefit of 80% of the crowd does not cause any EP rewards or WP cost. However the wishmaker skips their turn for 3 turns.
The more detailed info about this will be given if you are one of us but these are the basic rules^^
What you should expect from Mammoth Gang:
-Friendly atmosphere with progressive work
-A LOT OF achievement runs including premade battleground win farms and hard to get PvP and PvE achievements
-Fair loot distribution
What you should NOT expect from Mammoth Gang:
-Sleepless nights or sacrificing IRL time, day offs from jobs and school for progression
-In guild or in server arguements or trolling. Any player that moves against this has no place in our guild and will be kicked in a blink of an eye
What Mammoth Gang expects from you:
-Bringing your best to improve your character. This includes gearing, reputation farms and practicing with your characters. Potencial is good, but it has to be working.
-Being above 18 years old
-Being focused during raids or events. When other people are focused, it is unfair that you are causing silly wipes.
-Participating in events. Of course there will be your RL stuff popping up and they are ok. However not attending without an excuse means you are holding a spot for a more useful person than you.
What Mammoth Gang doesn't expect from you:
-Acting like a kid, or a troll
-Pulling the guild down
-Silly conversations. Do not forget that as long as you carry our banner, what you say comes from us. This has no toleration.
-Item ninja'ing in pugs. You are supposed to state the loot distribution in pugs if you are leading it, and should be fair with it. If you do not want someone doesnt do PvP to get a PvP item, you should state that non-PvPers are not eligible to roll on PvP items.
We are using EPGP loot system.
We are also inviting socials that can act gently and dont cause mess in anywhere in game. Those socials are allowed to join alt character events.
If you have any further questions, you can ask it from the forums, our guild website or via in-game whispers or mail.
Raiding times:
3 days of raids per week: 20:00 to 23:00 / Weds-Sun-Tue
1 day of RBG's per week: 20:00 to 23:00
1 day of Wishnights per week: 20:00 to 23:00
