General Information:
Equality is a raiding guild about 2½ years old. Our 10 man consists mostly of players who have been raiding together since the making of the guild. Originally we started as social guild that raided for fun. Our 1st raid was Dragon Soul where we cleared normal's fairly fast & even manage to get an heroic kill in just before the tier. From there we continued our "social raiding" through MSV, HoF, ToES & ToT. When SoO was announced we decided to take our raiding a bit more serious and we have managed to progress to 12/14hc in SoO. With the next expansion comes mythic raiding and all our raiders are wanting to try it out, so we are looking to expand our team to accommodate 20man raiding.
Recruitment:
Equality is always looking for exceptional players of all classes and spec to bolster our ranks. Currently we are looking for players as we are aiming to take on the new mythic mode coming up in the new expansion.
Raid Days;
We predominantly raid 3 days a week. However a 4th day could be added due to reasons such as we are close to a boss kill etc. This is to be discussed with the team beforehand.

Our Expectations:
We expect you to have a good and clear understanding of your class and its specs. We also expect you show up on time & read up on every single boss we are aiming to do.
