Fluxx
Fluxx is a progression-based raiding guild on Magtheridon-EU Horde. We're now at a point that we are ready to venture into Mythic Hellfire Citadel. Are you prepared to join us in this dangerous adventure?
Fluxx was founded at the end of Mists of Pandaria by many returning players who all deeply enjoyed end-game content. Their goal: Form an awesome community that can enjoy both raid content and everything else World of Warcraft has to offer.
Fluxx has grown considerably since it’s humble beginnings, with many players who joined us early in our life still actively participating today! We are proud to say that we promote a fun, positive environment for all members!
Raiding Schedule
Thursday 20:00-23:00 (CET)
Monday 20:00-23:00 (CET)
Raid invites start at 19:45, with an aim to start the first encounter at 20:00. Regular attendance on both raid nights is required, we understand if real life gets in the way from time to time!
Recruitment
Recruits are trialled for 1-4 weeks. The trial period depends on how much time is required to evaluate performance. Recruits are encouraged to contact an Officer during their trial period if they have any questions. Regular raid members will receive priority over recruits for loot.
Expectations
Fluxx expects all raid members to:
Keep up-to-date on any changes to their class, spec and abilities, as well as reasonably maintaining their character outside of raid nights.
Reach a comparable level of average damage/healing to the rest of the raid.
Have basic understanding of encounter mechanics and commonly used tactics.
Have TeamSpeak 3 installed and a working microphone.
Handle constructive criticism and act upon it.
To ensure smooth progression, we:
Will help and advise members with lower-than-required damage or healing. We reserve the right to replace players if there is no noticeable improvement over time.
Reserves the right to replace people that repeatedly fail on an encounter.
Does not tolerate slacking; Going AFK during trash is not acceptable!
Officers reserve the right to deny a member a piece of loot or raid spot if they feel the member is not performing adequately.
While the above may seem a little ‘hardcore’, we still prioritise fun over anything else!
Loot System
We use Master Looter, and allow players to Main-Spec and Off-Spec roll on items they desire. On rare occasions when in the guild’s best interest (such as completing a Tank or Healer’s tier bonus), discussion is had between officers and the raid group to decide whether to give the item to a member who didn’t win the roll.
