“Foundation” Guild

Foundation is a social raiding guild based on the alliance side of Magtheridon-EU.

The guild is a home to WoW players across the spectrum of age and ability and our thriving Discord server encourages our members to play other games as well. We have become a community over the past few years, a ‘gaming home’ for many.

We also take this approach to raiding. To accommodate this we have two different raiding teams and one guild goal: being a top 1000 guild.

For Progression Team we are looking for exceptional (ranged) dps.

For Development Team we are looking for exceptional (ranged) dps aswell.

If you're not any of the above but you think you are the champion that will make a difference to our upcoming raids you can still drop us an application. Socials will always be considered.

Progress Team
A place for the most dedicated casual raiders. We aim to clear each tier while it is current content, while still having fun doing it. We expect you to have a good attitude towards team spirit, motivation, preparation. On top of that we require good attendance and your raid performance to be strong, both on mechanics and on numbers. You are expected to keep your class up to date and come fully prepared to raids. Being vocal when needed is a big plus.

Raiding days: Wednesday + Sunday (extra raiding day at the start of a new tier on Thursday. Later on this becomes the day we raid heroic)

Raiding times:19.45-23.15 server time

NH – Cutting Edge
ToS – 6/9 M (Due to a raiding break halfway)
AtbT – Cutting Edge

Development Team
A place for casual raiders and socials. We raid in a relaxing and friendly manner, we accept the fact that people make mistakes but learn from them. This is the team where players are eager to improve and prove themselves. A step up from Development to Progress is possible when you have proven yourself worthy. If your ambition is to see the current raiding content on a nice and steady pace don’t worry; just stick around here.

Raiding times: 20.00-23.00 server time

Social Monday
Foundation has a large social scene, especially on Mondays. After a few weeks into a new tier we create a guild-wide normal run on Monday. Those evenings are also used for achievement runs and raiding older content when the relevance of normal fades out.

Raiding times: 20.00-23.00 server time

Discord attendance during the run; for both the social aspect of it and to make it a smooth run.
