“Smooth Brains” Guild

[Smooth Brains] 4/10M - 10/10HC SoD is a relatively new mythic raiding guild formed at the start of Shadowlands. We are aiming for Cutting Edge in the Shadowlands raid tiers and raid on Wed/Thur/Sun from 20:00 to 23:00 Server Time.

We are looking flexible players who strive to get the most out of their character, optimizing their output, reflecting on their perfomance and improving their gameplay. Therefore we expect the following from you:

High attendance (90%+) Naturally real life can have an impact on this, but advanced notice is required whenever possible

Optimization of your character, be it gear, enchants, gems, consumables or anything of the sort

A mature attitude

A willingness to improve, everyone makes mistakes but we expect our players to improve on them

Be prepared. This includes but is not limited to reading up on the fights, seeing what other players of your class might be doing and going in there with an optimal set up.

As our goal is to efficiently clear the raid tier we ask that people are willing to sit out for certain bosses during initial progression if required.

What we offer is a chilled atmosphere during the raids where we have the shared goal of progression but don't mind banter inbetween pulls whilst doing so.
