Raiders and PVP'ers need to be online and on Ventrillo,
repaired,with all their consumables, food, water, reagents, etc. 10
- 15 minutes prior to scheduled Event-time,. If you are not online
and ready 10 minutes prior to raid time you may be rotated out for
a another guild member (Sub) at the discretion of the Raid
Leader/GM. Being online and AFK/Non-responsive is the same as being
offline. We should be walking into the instance as a full group at
the scheduled start time.
Raiders need to take the time to visit Tankspot.com and wowhead.com to read up and learn the fights we will be encountering Specially in New content or Changing from normal modes to HardModes. A few minutes spent reading/watching tactics can save 15 minutes of explaining.
If you die during a fight, the time to discuss why is AFTER the fight.BUT if you're a healer and you were main healing a particular target or group the appropriate call out is:"(healer's name) down, healing (tank's name) (Group's Name) that can give us the info we need to keep that tank or group up and try and ress the healer if possible
DPS needs to give the Main Tanks the opportunity to build aggro prior to starting in on every mob, every time.
Basiccly Don't Be a LeroY....
- Signing up for raids and Rbg's will go as followed: there will be calendar events that we put up at least 1 week before the actual raid or Rbg. you will either sign up as Declined or Accepted or Tentative, after that the guildmaster/raidleaders/Officers will confirm your sign up two days before the raid starts so you know if you are required to come or not. So this means that if you have not either accepted/declined the event two days before the raid we cannot confirm you and you will not be taken in the raid or Rbg..
(Do Not think u can Just show up LATE u will be Marked as unreliable)
If you can roll with that and agree u can follow all the above guidelines then please feel free to continue on your Application.
