- Boss Vids/Draft/Assignments posted ahead of time.
- Constructive feedback.
- Damage Potions, Feasts and Vantus Runes
What we expected:
- A focused, cooperative & mature attitude.
- Sufficient knowledge of boss tactics and own class.
- Proactive changes to avoid making same mistake repeatedly.
- Good preparation : Consumables, Tactics, Spec knowledge each fight.
- An understanding that execution of mechanics is priority above parses.
- An ability and willingness to communicate on discord in English.
- 90%+ attendance with absences communicated.
