“Individual Mistakes” Guild

Welcome to Individual Mistakes. We are a 2-day raiding guild.

Our raid times are Wed 7.30-10.30 and Sun 7.30-10.30, invites go out 15 minutes before raid.

There is another day of normal/heroic runs at the start of the tier. This is just to get tier sets and is completely optional, but everyone is usually keen to play anyway at raid-launch. Only takes ~1.5 hours.

About Us:
The guild's aim was to get CE every tier while also having a relaxed atmosphere during raiding. Now looking to also push ranks where we can.

The core of the guild is made of previous hardcore raiders who now have jobs & families and can't commit to 3-4 days of raiding anymore, but still want to play at a high level. Officer team with years of raid-leading and guild management experience at higher world ranks.

A relatively new guild that formed just before SoD.

- WR 730 Raszageth once we sorted out a better roster
- WR 696 Sarkareth; lost ~3 weeks of progress due to bad luck with attendances.

We will try to keep a roster of ~23 players to ensure smooth progress and a degree of competition for raid spots.

What We Expect:
- Don't be shit. Have relevant ilvl (do enough M+), competitive logs and do mechanics.
- Communicate; have a working mic that you actually use.
- Don't cause drama.
- Turn up to raids.
