“Made to Win” Guild

About us:
Made to Win was created on Ahn'Qiraj to be competitive top guild for Cataclysm. After lacking that bit to be the best guild on Ahn'Qiraj and the server beeing almost dead we decided to guild transfer with our core group to Ragnaros.

Basic Information:

We raid 4 days a week: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday (Tuesday if needed).
Raid times are 20:00-23:00 with a 15 minutes break.
On free days people are free to do whatever they want, as long as it's not getting saved for any raids with main and/or alt characters, until officers said otherwise.
We expect raiders to attend all raids. Missing a raid for a valid reason is acceptable as long as you stay over 90% attendance and we are informed on time.

Requirements:

Competitiveness, we want only the best, as such, you should never settle for being second best.
High, reliable attendance.
Play the class, not the spec, some heroic fights will require class stacking so if you can’t play all specs you can get benched for that fight (having one or more useful alts is a plus for heroic 10 man progression).
A player dedicated to progression, for both yourself and the guild.
Able to see your own mistakes, correct them and be able to take criticism.
Microphone and ability to talk on ventrilo.
Being able to vocally express your thoughts and ideas as well as adding important input during encounters in a short and appropriate way.
