“The Praetorians” Guild

The Guild "The Praetorians" on Ragnaros, horde Is a Raiding Guild formed in September. Our main goal is to clear the hardest content available under the time it is current. Our roster consists of a mixture between old cutting edge raiders and new faces to the mythic raiding atmosphere! The leading group is however experienced and have cleared older mythic content meanwhile it was current.

What do we search for?
We as a guild do only search for people that in some way or another can show us they can handle dealing with mythic difficulty raiding encounters. What this mean is that you as a person are striving towards learning more about your class meanwhile you have good tactical awareness and do usually never fail a tactic more than once. You should aswell care more for the guild than youself, meaning that if we have a encounter which basically means that your class is not a part of the best setup, you sit out on that fight when its on progress and dont make a big deal out of it. We want our raiders to have a high performance % and are striving towards that everyone beats the average performance % of 75 as a minimum. This is a line we have made so that everyone should be on the same page. Ofcourse gear and legendaries plays its parts in this aswell, but should be doable. We do only search for people that aswell have an alt in their package and that they can play with.

Splitraiding for Antorus!
When Antorus comes out we will be doing splitraiding. What this means is that we will do each raid twice, in each group it will be split half mains and half alts. All the gear that the mains need will be aimed at them, the rest goes to the alts. By doing this we will be faster prepared for mythic content and ideally have way less wipes that if we were undergeared.

Wednesday 19:00-22:30
Thursday 19:00-22:30
Monday 19:00-22:30
(Remember that we have an additional 30 minutes to add if we are close to a kill or a clear!)

The lootsystem that we are using:
We are using RcLootCouncil when it comes to loot. The council itself consists of five experienced players that will make sure the loot goes to where it should be. It is based on attendance/performance/tactical awareness and how much you need the item. There is no advantages to messege the council before or so, however leaving a note on the item could make a difference since it will be read and taken into consideration.
