The guild works with a ranking system where you gain or lose 11 rank per month. Seven (7) Days of inactivity UNDER level one-hundred (100) will get you kicked. Once you're level one-hundred (100), however, you're allowed to be offline for 30 days. If you have the first rank, you'll be removed from the guild, if you have the second rank, you'll be demoted to the first rank. From the fifth rank you can no longer be kicked. This requires you to stay five (5) month within the guild..
