<Kismet> is a Casual Mythic raiding guild on EU-Ravencrest.
We are going for efficient progress raiding to make the best out of
our limited raid schedule.

Recruiting
All players will be considered. We are looking to have both raiders and socials, to create a good environment to thrive in. Goal being having an active raider core and a social scene where you can just relax after a stressful workweek.
What we currently need; Main-tank, ranged DPS and some more lads that do not mind offtanking, aka, mythic+. Also, one more healer and a DPS with a healing offspec.
About Us
We raid on Wednesdays and Sundays from 20-23pm (GMT+1). We will seldom to never add hours to our raid schedule - yet if we are wiping at 1%, one more cant hurt if we are in good spirit.
Thursday we do our 'chill raid', that is even more casual than our normal raiding. The perfect spot to chill with a cold one and just hang.
We do not require guildmates to do split raids or to maintain any alts. It will forever be 100% voluntarily.
About loot from progress raiding, if the item is able to be traded and the person who got the item does not want to keep it, we use loot council for it to be traded to to best benefit the raid group as a whole.
Expectations
• Attendance: We expect near 100% attendance from all of our raiders. If you cannot make it to raid on time, or will miss raid altogether, we expect raiders to notify the Raid Leader so that we can adjust the roster to keep the raid going.
• Preparation: There will be expected that all raiders will show up to a new fight having looked up both overview strats and role specific strats. With the most weight being having control over your jobs for the fight.
• Personal Performance: You are expected to perform at an average to high level. We do not expect you to be in top world players, you wouldn't be here with us - yet we do expect you to perform to the best of your ability, being able to improve on a raid to raid basis. If your performance is holding back a kill, you might have to sit out until improvements are seen at the failed area of notice.
