what we expect from you:
• A base knowledge of your class and spec
• Attendance should always be at least 8 out of 12 raids in a month for those who have the raider rank
• Performance, no one should expect to be carried, as no one would find it fun to carry others We expect everyone to take responsibility for their own performance in raids
• Showing up for raids on time, being prepared in every way for the encounter so that we do not waste each others time
• Communication, we expect you to have a working microphone and be able to understand English and follow instructions.
• Join the guild discord on time
• Boe's that drop during progression will be split between the guild bank and player to help pay for group feasts/flasks
• Players with the raider rank will have priority on item rolls
• Raider will have to Install mandatory add-on's no exceptions

4: Exorsus raid tools
