Equifinitum

Equifinitum was formed 16/6-2011 and has quickly progressed into a tight community. The current Mythic team has openings for several strong candidates.

We aim to create a competitive and fun raiding environment. Friendship and teamwork are important for us and we encourage raiders to get to know each other. We value mature and skilled players with a passion for raiding and progression while still maintaining a high level of enjoyment.

Recruitment

The classes listed below and on our website have higher priority and lower entry standards, but we will accept applications from any class.
Currently we are mainly looking for a balance druid and a healer with a DPS off-spec.

We strongly recommend exceptional players to apply regardless of class!

Please submit applications on our website: equifinitum.enjin.com

Raid Schedule

Thursday 19.00 – 22:30 CET
Sunday 19:00 – 22:30 CET
Monday 19.00 – 22:30 CET

We expect all our raiders to be able to maintain as high attendance as possible. Raids can be extended by up to half an hour in exceptional circumstances.

What we can offer

A stable, mature and professional raiding environment. We have a committed raid leading and support team; you will always have someone to turn to for information or advice.
Like-minded and skilled raiders aiming for solid progression.
We provide repairs when the guild bank has sufficient gold, in addition to Teamspeak and a website.

What we expect from recruits

Good attendance is required as we expect you to be able to attend all raids on time and a reason must be provided prior to the raid if you can’t make it.
We utilize the Loot Council system to distribute loot in the way that would best suit the guild. We reward reliable players that perform well. Our ethos is that loot is a consequence of raiding and should benefit the guild.
You must have in depth knowledge of your class and specialization and we expect you to do research regularly to keep on top of any new developments.
You must come prepared to all raids with the best consumables available. That means using health tonics, the new 125 stat food and augment runes on close progression kills. Being prepared also includes having all necessary add-ons updated and working, reading up on strategies and being on TeamSpeak.
We use Teamspeak and we require raiders to have a working microphone. This requires you to understand English at a satisfactory level.
You may be benched for some fights if your class under performs on a certain fight or if the fight calls for a different raid composition. Raiders who are benched must be contactable by the officers by some means and must be available for the whole raid.
You must be able to push yourselves and others to perform better and to always be looking for ways to improve.
You must be able to take criticism and carry yourself as a mature player. It is also vital that you know how to have a good time! We don't want our raiders to burn out and there is plenty of banter on TeamSpeak.

What would make your application stand out

Take your time and put in some effort to make your application as good as it can be!
Having a viable off-spec is not required, but would greatly help to set you apart from other candidates.
Having an alt that is geared to our current level would be helpful but is by no means necessary.

Additional Information

A lot of additional information about the guild, the community and some rules/guidelines can be found on our website if you visit our "ABOUT US" section.
Our officers would be happy to speak with you if you have any further questions or if you feel that you want to have a chat with someone prior to applying. More information is available on our website: equifinitum.enjin.com
