“Not Enough Rage” Guild

[A] <Not Enough Rage> (Silvermoon, EU) is now recruiting!

TL: DR
Mythic raiding guild 3/9 M, Thursday and Sunday 20:30 -23:30, need ranged DPS, mainly Warlock, Hunter, Mage or Shaman and a few melee DPS, Rogue, Warrior or Death Knight.

What we want from you:
We mainly value raiders on 3 levels; Stability, Class output and mechanical awareness.
With Stability, we look at both your commitment towards raiding (as in turning up for raids) and your overall ability to keep improving and staying at a high level within your limits. If you have questions towards this, feel free to ask!
With Class output we look at your knowledge towards your class as in ‘are you in the right specialisation’, you’ve got the right stats with enchants, gems etc. and if your DPS output shows that you know how to play your rotation.
With mechanical awareness, we expect to see that you turn up to raids with knowledge of the boss fight and how to deal with it, also we look at how you adapt to certain tactical aspects that will be provided by the officers or the raid leader.
With that being said, we expect you to want to progress in mythic raiding and do the best you can.

Who are we?
We’re a guild that consist of several nationalities mostly consisting of British and Scandinavians. We’re all adults and plan to keep it at a mature level, that being said, a raid night will never go without some friendly banter to keep each other on our toes. We all want mythic progression and we all help each other out when it’s wanted or needed. We know that nobody is perfect and that it’s only human to fail sometimes but we expect that we learn from our mistakes and make them happen less and less. As a guild, most of us has been together since the dawn of Warlords of Draenor, where we were located on another server and under a different guild name, but as time went by and people have left and joined, we’re now at a point where we are looking to expand our raiding community to be able to progress further in to mythic.
