“CatJam” Guild

The guild <CatJam> was created at the offset of Battle for Azeroth, by merging two guilds together to create a community of like-minded players with a common goal of slaughtering whatever content was thrown in front of us.
We have been able to clear more and more bosses in mythic each season and expansion while still maintaining a good balance between real-life and in-game.
With the new management, the same spirit of the guild remains, but with the addition of a new outlook on raiding in general: First and foremost we want to have fun and a good laugh while raiding.
While we are committed to the game and expect our Raiders to be the same, we see it as a hobby, not a job.

Our current roster consists of players with extensive raiding experience dating as far back as Vanilla. Our "hard core", a bunch of players who have known each other for a long time, and newer members who became part of our little community.
We expect our newcomers as well as current members to be keen, reliable, mature and committed team players who help each other improve. We put a higher value on a great personality than a good log.

Goals:
Our goals are to reboot CatJam into a stable, steadily progressing guild that will be able to clear the HC content while also pushing mythic content, CE is all great, but want to focus on a steady progressing core team of friends first!

Raiding:
We are raiding two times a week

Wednesday: 19:45 - 23:00
Sunday: 19:45 - 23:00

Expectations:
You must have a positive, and passionate attitude towards progression raiding. We aim to form a group who can help each other, therefore you should be able to take and provide constructive criticism and be willing to improve upon your performance. While we like to joke around, please keep in mind some things are off limit to joke around


Attendance:
We are looking to keep a tight raid roster consisting of around 22-24 people and we will, within reason, expect your attendance as we aim to have a small committed raid group.
If you are unable to make it, we likewise expect you to inform us at the earliest possible convenience.

Preparation:
When it comes to progression you are expected to prepare for bosses and look up the best build possible for your class. We will enable our raiders to be the best they can be by providing the necessary assistance required, either in M+ or raiding environments.

Discord, connection, and communication:
We expect you to be able to connect to our discord server on raid nights, and have a working microphone and a stable internet connection.

● that are open minded to criticism, discussions and wants to resolve problems.
● that enables our players by providing Food, Flasks and Vantus Runes for progression raiding.

And an active Mythic+ community.
