“Chronos” Guild

Who are we and what do we offer?
We were orginally a bunch of real life friends who didn't have any real intention of doing PvE seriously. However this changed, and we decided to disband our guild that consisted of real life friends to form a raiding guild. We have a great lot of previous experience in both raid and guild leading, and we are confident that with the right members, we'll go far. What we want to offer to our members is a mature, fun and friendly atmosphere. Our main focus will be on the 10-man content, as we enjoy raiding as a small group of friends.

Having this said however does by no means mean that we do not want to be serious while raiding. We look at being serious while raiding with utmost importance. We will strive for steady progress once Cataclysm hits. We have been around since late 2009 and we are looking to create many more memories in the years to come.

However we do consider all exceptional applicants, regardless of class. Experience with the class you are applying with is preferred.



Things that we expect from you:
- You put in more than five minutes on writing your application. Remember that this is our first impression of you, put some thinking to it
- In-depth knowledge of your class (being able to handle all the aspects of hybrid classes and willing respec to what the raid needs most)
- Always wanting to be the best you can
- Ability to follow, add to, and respect orders from the raidleaders
- Able to take criticism (even if it is very harshly put) and improve
- Able to attend to almost every single raid (95%~). Tentative status does not count as attendance
- Adequate understanding of the English language, in both spoken- and written form
- Reliable PC and connection
- Consumables are your responsibility, not the guilds. show us that you take raiding seriously. Bring consumables to EVERY raid
- Ventrilo (knowing when to speak and when to be quiet)
- Patient and ready to wipe and wipe and wipe in the name of progress





What we'd rather see you NOT doing:
- Stirr drama without a decent basis or proper reasons
- Whine over getting rotated or not getting an invite
- Prefer loot over progress
- Not being able to pay attention for whatever reasons or be afk during the raids
- Be technologically impaired



Raid Schedule:
We are currently raiding three times a week.

Tuesday - 19.00 - 23.00
Wednesday - 19.00 - 23.00 (Only when during heavy progress, i.e when new content is released)
Thursday - 19.00 - 23.00
Sunday - 19.00 - 23.00


Above hours are server time. Raid end might be extended during progress raids, especially if pushing for a kill. Hence, you are expected to be able to stay longer than above raiding times. Be prepared to raid one extra day when new content is released.
