About Us
Andromeda is a well established raiding guild on Tarren Mill. Our goal is to finish each Mythic raid tier, achieving Cutting Edge on a 2-day schedule while achieving competitive world ranks and striving for continuous improvement.

We foster a positive, friendly and productive raiding environment. We are competitive and we like to progress as efficiently as possible and we expect everyone who joins the raid team to share this goal. However, we also want to promote an environment where people can have fun and enjoy themselves, whilst knowing when there are times to be serious.

We do not tolerate discriminatory, abusive or toxic behaviour in any way. Breaching this rule can result in immediate removal from the guild and/or our Discord. All of our raids are also streamed live on Twitch, often by multiple people, and compliance with Twitch ToS is a bare minimum expectation for our raid comms. Ultimately, we want everyone in the guild to feel comfortable in our Discord.

We expect our raiders to be able to communicate constructively at all times. Progression raiding can be challenging at times and we need to be able to have constructive disagreements to push our performance whilst still building close friendships along the way.

Our guild is also very active in-between raid nights, and you will often find there are plenty of Mythic+ or PvP groups running that you can be involved in. As long as you are aged 18+, mature, willing to learn, don't mind the 1% wipes, enjoy a spot of banter and above all want to have fun you will fit right in.

Wednesday 20:00-23:00 [Progression]
Sunday 20:00-23:00 [Progression]
Monday 20:00-23:00 [Optional]

All raids are in server time. Progression raids will only overrun 11pm server time if everyone agrees to carry on, however this happens very rarely.

Requirements
Ability to communicate on discord
100% attendance expected
Applicants should have similar mythic experience to us
All Trialists and Raiders must have Discord installed and working, as well as Exorsus Raid Tools, WeakAuras, RC Loot Council and either Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) or BigWigs.

Recruitment
In general recruitment is open to any strong applicant. As of right now, we are only specifically recruiting for the classes listed below, but we will always consider any exceptional applicant, so feel free to apply even if your class/spec is not listed:
