Only 9 hours a week mythic raiding with no alt requirements.

Misty Moon is a longstanding guild with a dedicated core roster, raiding since 2017. Due to our limited hours we focus on being as efficient as possible to progress at a competitive pace.


Requirements:
* 95%+ attendance, we run a very small roster so reliability and good attendance is a must.
* Understanding that loot is orientated towards progression.
* Be capable of performing on OS available to your roles. If you are a multispec DPS you must be able to play as all of your specs. Our players are flexible and you need to be too.
* Be active on discord between raids and contribute to tactics and discussions. You must have a mic to talk in raids and be comfortable using it.
* The ability to understand and critically analyse your logs whilst also being able to effectively prepare for encounters outside of raid time.
* You play for the kill, we are a team. If you prioritise damage over progress we are not the guild for you.

Wednesday is a day we leave open for compulsory heroic clears at the start of new tiers. This tends to only last 3 resets before we fall back to our 3 days above.
