“No Snowflakes Allowed” Guild

Who are we?
No Snowflakes Allowed is friendly guild which has been under the same leadership since it's creation. This guild was formed at the start of Shadowlands with the aim to clear all content on the highest difficulty and our members have cleared through every expansion.

The guild moved from Alliance - Ravencrest, to Horde - Tarren Mill.


What do we offer?
Most people that join us stay because the guild is a place they can call 'home'. Stability is often something we seek in members who have the patience for progression.
Naturally, we also provide a raiding and Mythic+ environment with players who all have multiple years of experience raiding endgame content and obtaining their objective.


Raid times:
During progress we maintain a 3 day raiding schedule and aim for 1-2 days after progress is done. We may start a raid early when a new raid dungeon opens if there is enough interest, but is not required.

Thursday: 20:00 - 23:00
Friday: off
Saturday: off
Sunday: 20:00 - 23:00 (optional heroic/alt raid after progression is complete)
Monday: off
Tuesday: off

We expect people to be online 15 mins prior the raid for invites and we may extend the raid up to 23:30 should we feel it beneficial.


What do we expect?
During our raids we use Discord, you should be able to speak/listen in raids should it be necessary. We are an English speaking guild and as such, require all members to speak it fluently.

Raiders must be able to attend all raids during progress. We are looking for mature players that are able to think for themselves and know everything about their class/spec, while being open to criticism and willingness to constantly improve.


You are expected to research changes to your class regularly and focus on playing the spec most suited for the raid. Having the character's ready for every raid goes without saying.
