Atm we recruit all classes and specs - even those we would think
are now covered. If you are an exceptional player, better than what
we already have, you will have chance to win your spot by proving
your quality.
We also dont really care much about item lvl of your gear, as long as you show true dedication in improving it as fast as possible. However - we demand best enchants and gems, regardless of what gear you have, and how soon you plan to replace it.
Our recruitation, while open for everyone, is quite strict one. Around 3/4 of our Initiates doesnt make it to become full time member - so no worries... we are not guild for masses.
